During our
initial consultation you'll decide how often you want our
Pet Sitter (s) to visit your home each day and what services you
would like performed.
Our consultation
only lasts between 30-40
minutes. If required, an additional consultation visit to your home
is $15.00.
- Leave
plenty of Pet food and prescriptions with written
instructions on feeding times, amount to feed,
grooming recommendations, and what treats are
allowed.
- Tell
your Pet Sitter about your Pet's favorite hiding places, likes
and dislikes.
- Make
sure your Pets are wearing ID tags and are
current on all vaccinations.
- If
anyone else will have access to your home, such as
family members, the exterminator, or handyman,
please indicate this on the Pet-sitting arrangement.
- Give
your veterinarian your vacation dates with your Pet
Sitter's name and telephone number.

We utilize a
24-hour scheduling and cancellation policy to make
certain all clients receive first-rate service.
If you
call or e-mail to schedule or cancel a visit (s)
with less than 24-hour notice, you will be charged an
additional $5.00 fee, as we must adjust our schedule to
accommodate yours.

We request
payment on the first day of service, which should be placed
in a sealed envelope.
A 50% deposit is required prior to
the start of service for overnight stays, as well as
for first time customers.
Payment must be in the form of cash, check (personal or
bank check), money order or credit card-(through Pay
Pal).
Remaining Balance
must be paid by initial
service date.
Please note: Checks returned by the bank, for any reason,
are subject to a $25.00 fee.

During
extreme weather conditions, including
below freezing temperatures,
snow storms,
pouring rain,
severe thunderstorms,
and extreme heat and
humidity, we keep dogs
outside only as long as it is comfortable for them.
However, we do whatever we can to make it easier for
them to relieve themselves before returning home.

- When we take
care of your Pet while you are out of town, it is
important to notify us when your return.
- Please contact
us within two hours of returning home. If we don't hear
from you and we cannot reach you, additional visits may
be necessary to ensure the safety of your Pet. You will
be charged for those additional visits.

- We will
obtain your house key during the initial consultation,
when service is scheduled.
- Keys will be returned within
7 days of the end of your service, in person or by
certified mail.
- There will be an
additional charge for future key
